Graham Potter has been pleased with his team's start to the Premier League campaign.
Graham Potter says his squad have grown in stature this season and believes they have even more to give.
It took Albion 19 games to pick up three wins last season and they didn't reach nine points until November. It's a measure of their progress that they sit sixth in the Premier League after winning three of their first four games, ahead of Leicester City’s visit to the Amex on Sunday.
The head coach is delighted with their start, but thinks his players are capable of pushing on.

ā€œAs a group we have grown this season – it's a process you go through,ā€ he said. ā€œLast season the points tally didn’t always reflect our performances.
ā€œThere wasn't much time to reflect at the time because we were in a relegation fight but the boys came back in the summer with the mindset that they can deal with the challenge of playing at this level and an understanding of what we need to do.
ā€œThey have grown, but our mindset is the same as it was at the start of the season six weeks ago. Every game is an absolute battle because the Premier League has huge quality. This season the results in some games have gone for us but I’m not complaining!
ā€œWe have a great group. We won’t get carried away when we win or two down when we lose and our focus will stay the same. We haven’t cracked it, we can still improve.ā€
Albion have not won any of their eight PL meetings with Leicester, and Potter expects another difficult game on Sunday.
ā€œWe are going to have to be at our best to get anything against a really good side. They have a mix of Premier League winners, internationals and good young players with a manager [Brendan Rogers] who improves clubs and players at every club he coaches.
ā€œBut we’re at home and we want to play better than we did against Everton.ā€
