Melissa Phillips is looking forward to the return of the FA Cup on Sunday.
Melissa Phillips knows Sunday's FA Cup opponents Luton Town won't lack motivation.
Luton are the lowest-ranked team left in the competition and Albion's head coach says ties such as Sunday's are what makes the competition magical.
"The FA Cup is a special event," she said. "The history of the tournament, the magic, and what a fantastic occasion for a tier-five team and a top tier team to draw each other. I know they'll certainly be up for the game. We've prepared accordingly and I'm really looking forward to it."

This will be Phillips's second FA Cup tie - her first game as Albion's head coach was the 3-2 semi-final defeat to Manchester United last April.
"The team had a great run last year and we hope to continue that again this year," she added. "For me, It was a little bit of a blur coming in but I know that anybody can win a cup game. The fearless mentality that our team had going into that match made it quite an exciting game.
"We want to take that approach into every single FA Cup match, starting with this one. It's been nice for the squad to have some time to rest and recharge and we can't wait for Sunday."
