Melissa Phillips believes her Albion side are progressing as a group with every fixture despite falling to a 3-0 loss against Chelsea this evening.
Following a solid first-half performance, second-half goals from Lauren James and Fran Kirby sealed three points for Emma Hayes's top of the table team.
Head coach Phillips said, "I'm incredibly proud of the group. I think that we're getting closer and closer in every performance.
"We lost the game in a ten-minute span coming out of the second half, and that's something that we need to be better and be up for it.
"We had an incredibly disciplined first half and negated a lot of opportunities for them on goal. The response that we showed after the second goal was probably the response that we needed after the first.

"Unfortunately, the third goal is a result of us searching to get back into the game. I'm proud of the group and I think if you remove that ten-minute spell where we conceded then it's a really fantastic performance by the team.
"I don't think anyone would be deflated after tonight. it's always an opportunity for us to grow and we know the areas we want to pick up points, we'll be disappointed we didn't pick up a point from this game but we're getting closer. There's a lot of opportunities left and we need to focus on the big picture vision."
