Albion begin their Adobe FA Cup campaign this weekend as they take on the Eastern Region League side Luton Town Ladies in the fourth round.
Defender Poppy Pattinson expressed her excitement to return to football after the winter break and says the FA Cup is the perfect way to get back into action.
"We're all very excited to get going again. We want to get back into the running of games after a little break," she said.
"The FA Cup always delivers - hopefully it's an exciting one this season as well."
Pattinson reflected on the squad's cup run last season, when Albion were beaten in the semi-finals by Manchester United.
She said, "I think that was an amazing run for us to get to the semi-final against [Manchester] United, who are one of the top teams in the WSL. It was very close and we conceded in the last minute, we were disappointed and hopefully we can correct that this season and go one step further.
"We never want to underestimate anyone and congratulations to them [Luton Town Ladies] for making it this far in the FA Cup. We have got to prepare ourselves as as we would for any game because even in the league anything can happen, let alone the FA Cup.

"You see Wembley packed out, that's what we want to be a part of as a team and as individuals - we're aiming to get to that final at Wembley in front of that crowd.
"Facing Luton is our first step towards that and I think that it will attract a good crowd."
Albion will return to WSL action next week as they host Bristol City at Broadfield Stadium and Pattinson emphasised the demand needed to compete in the league.
"I think off the back of the first half of the season, it's nice to go away, recharge, and get some rest in - we're feeling good going into this weekend.
"I think it's the mentality that athletes need to have to be the best and be at the top, you've got to have that. I think it's everyone's personal responsibility to deliver on that and I'm sure the girls will put in the work and come back ready to go.
"You've got to take it game at a time in the WSL, of course you can't deny that you don't look ahead in some instances, but every game is important - every game can offer something different.
"We've come in off the back of the break and we just want to develop our style of play a little bit more and get those connections."
Our FA Cup match against Luton Town Ladies will take place at Barton Rovers FC and kicks-off at 1.30pm, the game is also available to watch live on the FA Player.
