Enock Mwepu’s sublime strike in the 2-1 win at Arsenal has been shortlisted for the Premier League Budweiser Goal of the Month for April.
After superb play down the flank from Moises Caicedo, Mwepu got on the end of the Ecuador international’s cross to fire home on the half volley from 20-yards, putting Albion 2-0 up at the Emirates.
While the campaign has been stop-start for the Zambia national team captain, it continues a fine debut season in front of goal, having scored twice and assisted five in 17 appearances.
