We spoke exclusively to Zoe Morse after the defender signed an 18-month contract with Albion to become the club's fourth signing in the January window.
Morse has arrived following three seasons with Chicago Red Stars in the American NWSL, and emphasised her excitement to embrace the challenges in the English WSL.
She said, "It feels incredible. I have been waiting for this day, so to be here and getting acclimated with everything just feels right.
"That's why I came, for the new challenge, to learn a new style, grow as a player and person. I'm excited for what's to come.

"I've been watching for a while now, so I've gotten used to some of the styles and players. It will be a challenge, but I'm excited for it - I'm ready to go.
"There is a bit of a difference between here and the US, but that's why I came here - I wanted to grow."
Zoe, who comes from Michigan, recognised the challenges that the WSL will offer, but has reiterated that she's eager to be part of the action.
She added, "The investment in the women's game and how much the women have to go, I want to be part of it and help the club where they want to go.

"I'm looking forward to getting on the pitch as soon as possible, that's what I'm here to do, I'm here to compete. It's going to be a challenge but that what I'm here for.
"You get better by pushing yourself and putting yourself in new environments, that's what I'm doing here."
Morse is delighted to be working under head coach, Jens Scheuer, and is hungry to learn off her new teammates and coaching staff to keep improving.
"I've only heard positive things, every time you work with new coaching staff you learn more about yourself and the game. This is the perfect opportunity for that.
"You want to be in a place where every game, point and result matters. I'm ready for the second half of the season. I want to help the club as much as possible, I'll do anything I can do to help us push up the table and improve as a player."
