Tariq Lamptey won the penalty late on from which Albion equalised.
Tariq Lamptey’s man of the match display in Albion’s 3-0 win over Newcastle United has been nominated as the Performance of the Month for September.
The full-back received 56% of the vote and beat off competition from Neal Maupay and Solly March to claim the accolade.
Maupay’s two-goal haul on Tyneside was also shortlisted, alongside March’s performance against Manchester United at the Amex last month.
