Adam Lallana has been the model professional since joining Albion, according to team-mate Pascal Gross.
The 29-year-old believes that the former Liverpool midfielder has been at the forefront as Albion try to go up a gear this campaign.
“I think on the pitch you can see his quality. He's a top class player. You can give him the ball, he knows what to do with it.

“He's getting better and better every week as well. Off the pitch, as a human being, he has both feet on the floor. He only tries to help and he knows the game very well.
“As a player and as a person, he makes us a better club and a better team.”
Although they play in similar positions, Gross was confident he could still be a regular in the line-up.
“I want to play in as strong as possible team and have good players around me.
“It makes training more competitive and I hope it improves me as a player as well, working every day with better players. I wasn't worried when Adam joined, I looked forward to it.
“Then Danny Welbeck came in and I was happy. You can see the club is growing and getting better and I'm part of it.”

Gross made his 100th appearance for the club earlier this month, having joined in 2017, and he loves being part of the Premier League.
“The Premier League is the strongest league in the world. I think we have improved – If we hadn't, we wouldn't be in this league any more.
If you don't get stronger every year you can't keep up with the other teams. The league is too tough.”
