Reda Khadra has been recalled from his loan with Sheffield United and has signed a contract extension with us through to June 2024.
The Germany Under-21 international will now spend the second half of the season on loan with Championship side Birmingham City.
Technical director David Weir said, “Reda has had limited football the past few months with Sheffield United, so we hope by recalling him and loaning him to Birmingham that his minutes will go up.
“Despite the limited game time, we’ve been happy with the way Reda has developed this season and he deserves this contract extension.”
The 21-year-old joined us in October 2020, going onto make his Premier League debut against Manchester City that season, before spending the 2021/22 campaign on loan with Blackburn Rovers.
