Rianna Jarrett hopes her winning goal will be the first of many after she broke her WSL duck in Albion’s win over West Ham.
The 26-year-old Republic of Ireland international struck midway through the second half as Albion claimed a 1-0 success on Sunday - their first league win since the opening day of the season.
Jarrett, who joined the club in January, has had to wait for her chance but is confident she and the team can kick on.

She said, “It's obviously a nice moment for me to get my first WSL goal but also important for the team.
“We didn't play well against Aston Villa last week but I thought we responded really positively. It's a big win for us and we need to build on it after the next international break because December is a busy month.”
Head coach Hope Powell praised both Jarrett's composure and her bravery when she lobbed West Ham keeper Mackenzie Arnold and then headed in as a defender challenged on the line.
“I knew I was going to get hit but it was worth it, I was so determined to be first to that ball and score my first WSL goal.
“I've had to be patient and haven't always played 90 minutes so hopefully this is a sign of things to come for me. It's tough to win any game in the WSL so to score the goal that helped us will hopefully lead to a few more.”
Albion are back in action on Wednesday when they entertain Reading in the Continental Cup, kick off 7.30pm at the People's Pension Stadium.
