Our men’s under-18s reached the fourth round of the FA Youth Cup on Thursday with a comprehensive 4-1 victory over Harrogate Town.
Joe Knight opened the scoring with a low effort from a tight angle that found the bottom left corner, before Harry Mills found the same corner when he curled home a wonderful effort from 20 yards.
Ronnie Gorman tapped in from close range in the second half to make it 3-0 after Harrogate goalkeeper, Alex Mooney, spilled an effort, before the hosts pulled one back through Jack Bray's glancing header with 15 minutes to play.
But Albion’s three-goal cushion was restored by Remiero Moulton, who had his initial effort saved before taking a touch and arrowing a strike into the bottom right corner.
The victory puts Albion into the fourth round.

Men’s under-18 head coach Inigo Calderon said, “I am really happy with the win, I thought the boys fully deserved to go through to the next round. I knew as a player that this tournament was special, but that has become really apparent since I’ve started working in youth football here.
“It was a really good performance from the first minute. We showed good character against a team that had already been through two rounds to get here. There were fans in the stadium, so it felt like a proper game and the players dealt with that well.
“They created a lot of chances and we had to learn how to deal with their direct style. We did a lot of parts of our game really well. We struggled a bit at the beginning of the second half but then we managed to score the third, which made it a bit easier.”
