Albion under-21s are back in Papa John’s Trophy action on Tuesday night when they travel to Forest Green Rovers, kick-off 7pm.
Andrew Crofts' side narrowly lost 1-0 to Walsall in their first game of this year’s competition, but travel to The New Lawn stadium full of confidence after yet another Premier League 2 victory on Friday.
Andrew Moran’s last-gasp winner against Leicester City, which came after Jeremy Sarmiento’s brilliant opener was cancelled out with five minutes remaining, sent Albion back to second in the league.

Forest Green were unable to force a win over the weekend as they were held to a goalless draw by Tranmere Rovers, but Rob Edwards’ side remain four points clear at the top of League Two.
Crofts said, “It’s an exciting opportunity against Forest Green. What we’ve done with the start the boys have made is create some real momentum going into every game.
“Forest Green are obviously a good side, top of their division, but it’s a tough test we’re looking forward to.
“The win against Leicester was complete roles reversed after the disappointment against (Manchester) United. It was really pleasing and probably something the group deserved.

“After an hour, we were really dominant and could have scored a few more, and then in the last 20 minutes we were under some severe pressure. To keep going and eventually get the win shows the character in the group.
“In the end I thought we thoroughly deserved it.”
