Graham Potter believes that his side's ability to stick to their principles has paid off.
The resurgence in Albion's form comes after a difficult run of one league win between the end of September and mid-January.
Albion's head coach has said that it's been the toughest man-management test of his career, but he's proud that his players' consistent approach is now being rewarded.
“Winning is the way you convince people you're on the right path and if you're not winning it's easier to be negative. You can face criticism, some of which is fair and some which isn't.
“You listen to the people you trust. You stick to your beliefs and try to see through the fact that results can take you off the path somewhat, while understanding what is helping you get results in the longer term.
Graham Potter celebrates his side taking the lead at Anfield last week.
“This is the Premier League and if anyone expected this to be easy, they maybe shouldn't be here.
“We went to Leeds, kept a clean sheet and reduced a really attacking team to not too many chances. That gave everyone a lift and the recent weeks have been fantastic for building belief and confidence.
“We've always known that our performances have been good, but while you're not getting results there's always that thought 'should we do this, can we do that?' It's nice for the boys to get their rewards now.”
Albion head to Leicester City tonight for their Emirates FA Cup fifth round match, and Potter expects the Foxes to field a strong side regardless of how many changes they make.
“Leicester are having an amazing season. [Manager] Brendan Rogers is a top coach and they have got some wonderful players.
“They have also got a depth of squad because they have recruited well and have a togetherness so when they're not playing their strongest XI they can still compete at a really high level. Whatever team comes at us, they will be a top team.”
