The new normal in the Premier League includes a camera which players have been advised to run towards to celebrate goals.
And Dan Burn admits he would love to take advantage of it and get his first Albion goal.
“I didn’t know about the special camera and I’m sure the lads who score a few more than I do will be thinking about different ways to celebrate,” said Burn. “We haven’t even spoken about celebrations as a squad, we’re trying to keep it more serious!”
The defender’s last goal was back in April 2018 when he netted for Wigan Athletic against Fleetwood in a League One clash.
“I had a goal taken away from me by VAR earlier in the season so I haven’t been practising celebrations, but I know I need to add goals to my game, especially because of my size," he added.
“I’ve been working on it. Once I get one, I’m sure I’ll kick on and score a few more. It’s about getting that first goal and having the confidence so that when you get a chance you score.”
Dan Burn's consistency has caught the eye of head coach Graham Potter.

The biggest change players will have to adjust to is playing in front of empty stadiums.
Burn said, “If you've got away games against the big teams, like Liverpool for instance, at those hostile grounds, then it's definitely going to be a leveller, the way that the crowd can almost will the ball into the goal themselves.
“But over the years we’ve seen a lot of players who seem to be better at the training ground and then come match day don’t reach those same heights. That might change and you might see players perform a lot better without that added pressure of the crowd.
“It’s going to be strange but it’s good that football is back and that all the games will be televised. I said that I didn’t want to play if there was no crowd but this is a time where you can’t always have what you want and you have to do what’s best for the greater good.”
