They were presented with their certificates at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing after completing 120 hours on the course which included 16 practical coaching sessions.
The course, which is run by the Professional Footballers Association (PFA) usually takes 12-16 weeks and is a level 3 qualification. All 11 worked in either the club’s academy or foundation to deliver their practical sessions.
Adam, Pascal and Jason are now working towards their A licence.
They were joined by foundation coach Nathan Casselton; former Academy player Matthew Everitt; Harry Mills, part of our under-18s squad and one of the youngest coaches in the PFA’s history to complete the course; former Academy goalkeeper Toby Bull; under-21s analyst Sam Hall; and Charlie Tasker, who like Harry is one of the youngest coaches to complete the course.
