Albion's final game of the Premier League season is one of seven which will be shown live on Sky Sports.

Sky Sports will also broadcast: Arsenal v Watford, Chelsea v Wolves, Crystal Palace v Tottenham, Everton v AFC Bournemouth, Leicester City v Manchester United and Southampton v Sheffield United.

Pick TV will broadcast Manchester City v Norwich City while the games between Newcastle United and Liverpool and West Ham v Aston Villa will be shown on BT Sport.

All fixtures kick off at 4pm on Sunday.
