Bournemouth and Newcastle away tickets to be refunded

Loyalty points for home games will be confirmed once we know the dates and opposition in the UEFA Europa League.

Supporters who purchased tickets for the away matches at Bournemouth or Newcastle United will be refunded in the coming days.

Refunds will take up to five working days to appear in supporters’ accounts and will be refunded back to the card that was used in the original transaction.

We are aware that this is an expensive time of year for fans, while there is a strong likelihood that the matches will be rescheduled for a midweek kick-off.

As a result, we are refunding the full cost of the match ticket plus any booking protection supporters may have purchased.

Once the games are rescheduled, those who bought tickets will have a priority window to repurchase, and then we will revert to the usual loyalty points windows.

If you have a Bournemouth ticket, please destroy it as it is no longer valid. Newcastle tickets had not been dispatched.
