Speaking ahead of Saturdayâs game against Wolves, he said that a positive attitude and a sense of togetherness were crucial if Albion were going to turn results around and climb the Premier League table.
âIt is a really important part of the season and we are all in this together," he said.Â
"Graham [Potter], his staff, the players, everyone who works for the club, the fans and the city. Itâs important that we are all united behind Brighton & Hove Albion for this big push in these last ten games.
âThings havenât gone right for us which happens in football, but the players and Graham are positive and weâre absolutely up for the fight. Weâve been here before and weâre positive that we can get results in those ten games. Every single one of them is winnable and if we have a positive mindset our results will turn around.â
He also called on the fans to play their part at the Amex in the final five home games of the season and create the âraucousâ atmosphere that can help the players so much.
âI know fans can get frustrated but itâs absolutely key not to show it during the game, and instead to create a raucous atmosphere and really get behind the team.
âIâd love to see the atmosphere we had for the play-off game against Sheffield Wednesday a few years ago, which I feel is the best ever at the Amex, to lift it that one notch and to be as positive as they can towards the players because it does make a difference.â
Albion have won plenty of plaudits for their style of play this season but the reality is that they need to turn performances into points during the run-in.
âIn a lot of games we have played well and I can only think of one game where we have been the second-best team and got a least a point which was Sheffield United away.
âItâs been such a change in style and itâs difficult to get that going straight away but what is key right now is to turn that into results. Thatâs what everyone at the club really cares about.â
