Defender Kirsty Barton has joined FA Women's Championship side Crystal Palace on loan for the rest of the season.
The 28-year-old is Albion's longest serving player having joined in 2011 and been an integral part of the club's rise to the top tier of the domestic game.
Barton has made three appearances this season and head coach Hope Powell believes it's a good opportunity for her to get valuable minutes under her belt.
She said, “Kirsty has been key to what we have achieved since I arrived at the club. She is a wonderful teammate and always has a positive attitude.
“She hasn't played as much football as she would have probably wanted this season so this is a good chance for her to go and get some minutes at a good level. We wish her all the best for the rest of the season.”
