Important Information about ticket fulfilment

Stoke City do not have the ability to offer digital away tickets, therefore all match tickets will be physical paper tickets. With current postal issues and likely delays over the Christmas and New Year period we will be cutting off postage options early and offering a collection facility at the Amex.

Supporters may opt for tickets to be posted up until midday on Thursday 21 December, any orders after this date will require collection.

Supporters who are aware of postal problems in their area are advised to opt for ticket collection at the Amex.

Ticket collection will be open from the Ticket Office at the Amex at the following times:

Wednesday 27 December: Midday until 5pm

Thursday 28 December: 9am until 6pm and after the Spurs match until 10pm

Tuesday 2 January: Midday until 5pm

Wednesday 3 January: Midday until 5pm

Thursday 4 January: Midday until 5pm

Friday 5 January: Midday until 5pm

Please note supporters must collect from the Amex as tickets will not be available to collect from Stoke.

Important information about allocated tickets:

Tickets that supporters purchase for away matches are for the sole use of the assigned owner. For the 23/24 season, 1901 members will be required to allocate a first name and surname to the away tickets they are purchasing.

Please note no changes can be made to the assigned owner or the name given to the ticket holder after booking. Any supporter found to be passing on away tickets will be subject to a five-home match ban, during that time the excluded supporter will not be able to purchase away tickets and a 50-point loyalty point deduction will be made.
