Graham Potter has confirmed that striker Florin Andone should be back in training this week.
The 28-year-old Romanian international has recovered from two knee operations in the last 18 months but had to come off early in the first half of his comeback game for the under-23s against Southampton last Friday, which Albion won 3-0.
Potter said, “It was more a precautionary thing because he had a tightness in his glutes, at the top of his hamstring.
“So it was sensible to bring him off because of the time had has had out but we expect him to be training again in the next couple of days.”
Percy Tau will also return to training this week after a period of quarantine following his return from international duty with South Africa earlier this month.
