Albion have their huddle before kick off against Manchester City.
Albion have an added incentive to get through to the semi-finals of the Women's FA Cup after today's draw gave them a home tie.
If Hope Powell's team beat Birmingham City in the quarter-final, they will be at home to either Everton or Chelsea in the semis, with ties to take place on September 30 or October 1.
Albion face Birmingham City in the last eight on Sunday, September 27, kick off 2pm at The People's Pension Stadium.
