Club Values and Code of Conduct

Safeguarding is at the core of the work we do to ensure the welfare and well-being of all children and young people who engage in our activities.

Everyone has a right to be protected from abuse, regardless of the presence of any protected characteristic listed by the Equality Act 2010; age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation.

Our Club Values are embedded across our team and working practices and we are very proud of our inclusive culture and excellent Safeguarding record, leading to us being recognised as an industry leader in this field.

The Club sets clear guidelines concerning expected behaviour for all individuals involved with the Club, including staff, players, volunteers, and parents with the aim of ensuring that all interactions respect personal boundaries and promote positive relationships.

We take a zero-tolerance approach towards any form of bullying, discrimination, harassment, or abuse. As a team we live by the values of:
