Seating Locations: Disabled supporters will be able to sit in the West Stand. Please talk to a member of staff for assistance in getting to the area.

Number of Wheelchair User Spaces: 34

Wheelchair using home fans can choose to sit in the East or West Stand or use the structured Communications Terrace at the southern end of the stadium.

Number of Accessible Toilets:

There are 11 accessible toilets in all sections of the stadium.

Audio Commentary:

Crawley Town offer an Audio Description service to visually impaired fans and have ten receivers for the use of both home and away fans. If you wish to take advantage of this free service you must first register your details & then reserve a receiver at least seven days before the match. Assistance Dogs: 

Assistance dogs are welcome but there are no relieving areas inside the stadium.

Hearing Loops:

The ticket office does not have a hearing loop.

Club Shop:

Crawley Town do have a low level serving counter in the club shop.

Club Hospitality:

Although the suite is accessible to wheelchair users there are steps to the stadium seating in the directors' & hospitality area.

Braille and Large Print Provision:

Club do not currently provide any disabled supporters information.

Food Concession Stands:

All areas of the ground have refreshment outlets for hot food and drinks.
