Inigo Calderon returned to Albion in June 2023.

Inigo Calderon rejoined Albion in June 2023 to lead the men's under-18s.

The Spaniard had spent the previous three years in various coaching roles with Alaves in Spain.

The former defender originally joined Albion in January 2010, helping us to promotion from League One the following year.

He played in our opening Championship game at the Amex – a 2-1 win over Doncaster Rovers – going onto help us establish our place in the second tier before departing in 2016.

Arthur Brammer

Professional Development Phase Coach

Arthur Brammer knows Saturday's game against second-placed Crystal Palace will be tough.

Arthur Brammer joined Albion as a youth development phase coach in 2021, before being promoted to professional development phase coach in September 2022.

After a youth career with Sheffield Wednesday and Chesterfield, he began his coaching career at Watford, working with the Under-9s-Under-14s. 

He then spent six-and-a-half years at Fulham, the last two years as lead foundation phase coach. In 2018 he moved to the United States, coaching at New York City FC.

He oversaw the under-18s for the 2022/23 season, guiding them to a sixth place finish in Premier League South.

Owen Fisher

Academy Goalkeeping Coach

Owen Fisher.

Owen Fisher grew up in Brighton, starting his Albion career with AITC, coaching in schools during summer holidays when he was 17.

From there he worked a number of different roles with AITC, including being the lead coach of the futsal programme, reaching two nationals finals and winning the Southern League.

In 2017 he became an academy goalkeeping coach, before working in different phases of the academy, making the step up to the under-18s in 2021.
